My child is at that age where he wants all the freedom in the world, but he also wants to be taken care of all the time. I'm at that age where I'm all like take all the freedom you want you twat, but I also want to cuddle him up because he's my baby boy.
It's funny how we go through that point in our lives together, right? And man, it's a different world out there. I look at my kid, and I'm just like there's no way you are twelve years old. That's stupid as hell. I was legit just doing the ice bucket challenge and downing shots of Fireball like it was yesterday. God...I hope I didn't. That'd explain a lot.
The point is, he's at that age. His little friends come knocking on the door, sometimes, asking if he can come outside. It's never "Can he come out to play?" it's "Can he come out?" And why is that? Is it not cool to say "come out to play?" Hah, no. It's because you little shits aren't playing!!! You go outside to go sit on a porch some where and look at your phones next to each other. Every now and again the other will send a meme to the other and you might share a laugh. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?
